A Junior High School (JHS) girl who had been reported missing for several weeks has been found.
The teen girl was allegedly hiding at her boyfriend’s apartment rather than being abducted, as many people assumed when she went missing.
According to the report, the missing but found girl was afraid to return home after a non-governmental organization, Youth Harvest Foundation, smoked her out of her hiding place following a lengthy search.
While speaking on Dreamz FM about the topic, Khadija Hamidu, the NGO’s project officer, urged parents to pay attention to their children.
The names of the junior high school and the student, however, were not mentioned. Furthermore, no specific date was given for the adolescent girl’s disappearance.
