Jasminе, Mr Ibu’s Adoptеd Daughtеr, Rеsponds to Accusations of Having an Affair with Him and Latеr Marrying His Son.
Jasmine Chioma Okafor, the adopted daughter of renowned actor John Ikechukwu Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, has responded to allegations suggesting an inappropriate relationship with the ailing actor and his son.
These allegations were fueled by a recent revelation by Mr Ibu’s wife, Stella Maris, that Jasmine is not biologically related to Mr Ibu, despite sharing his surname. Maris also insinuated that Jasmine has control over her husband’s financial and social media affairs, alienating her in the process.
Furthermore, Maris alleged that Jasmine has married one of Mr Ibu’s older sons and expressed concerns about the potential misuse of funds donated for Mr Ibu’s treatment. She also accused Jasmine of initiating a campaign to tarnish her image after she requested a financial statement for the donations.
In response to the allegations, Jasmine released a video showing her caring for Mr Ibu in the hospital. She refrained from commenting further, stating, “As long as you are getting better, nothing else matters. I remain silent until you are back to your feet again!”
This saga continues to unfold amidst a voice note suggestive of Mr Ibu admitting to an intimate relationship with Jasmine, before she allegedly moved on to his son. The authenticity of the voice note remains unconfirmed.
