“It’s Embarrassing”- Cookie Tee quickly agrees to meet a ‘Rich Man’ for a gift without knowing it was a Prank

A shocking audio recording of a prank played on TV3’s Cookie Tee by her colleague Giovani Caleb has netizens accusing celebrities of being cheap.

The audio shows Giovani Caleb calling Cookie Tee on her birthday last week, pretending to be a wealthy doctor who simply wishes her well.

Cookie’s guard was down and she almost agreed to everything he said after hearing that a wealthy man had called to wish her well and promised her gifts.

When he said he had a gift for her, she joked that she wanted a Bugatti (what? ), which irritated netizens.

The ostensibly wealthy man then promised her a trip abroad for a vacation with anyone she wanted.

Cookie Tee, who was overjoyed, asked him to WhatsApp her so they could continue their conversation from there.

Cookie’s dreams were shattered when Giovani Caleb revealed that he was the so-called rich man and that the prank was planned by her friend and colleague, Anita Akufo.

The prank’s audio has surfaced online, sparking numerous discussions on Instagram.
