The internet celebrity recently sparked outrage on social media after posting a video of himself and his male lover getting cozy.
Nigerians demanded that he be arrested because homosexuality is illegal in the country.
Amid the backlash, the transvestite’s legal team issued an official statement apologizing to the public and stating that the video was primarily intended to entertain his audience.
“We would like to state that the intention was for entertainment purposes, just like every other Instagram influencer.”
However, we understand that some lines may have been crossed in our client’s videos in order to entertain his fans.
As a result, we sincerely apologize to the general public.” In part, the statement was read.
