Ghanaian DJ Mark Kwesi Arthur, also known as DJ Azonto, recently appeared on a live television show wearing an off-shoulder lace dress with a long mesh train.
He completed his look with black platform shoes, pink African braids, and sunglasses. He also flaunted his pink brassiere.
Many people criticized DJ Azonto’s fashion statement, saying that it was inappropriate and not suitable for a man. Some also pointed out that the long mesh train prevented him from dancing and walking properly.
In an interview, DJ Azonto explained that his fashion choices are meant for entertainment purposes. He also revealed that he fasted and prayed for God’s direction before making this bold statement.
I don’t care what people say about me on social media. People post on social media about making various comments. Some people believe I am gay, and I wonder if I would have had four children if I were gay. I don’t care what others think of me.
