When a level 100 student at the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) decided to propose to his girlfriend, he created quite a commotion.
To preserve his love for the lady, the guy planned to move right after their matriculation.
He thought it would be a good idea to propose to her as he was ready to start school to make a big statement about his ambitions and how far he wanted their developing relationship to go.
A video from GIJ has surfaced that tells the story of a man who went down on his knees to propose marriage to his University lover shortly after matriculation.
