Imoro Sheriff visited a female friend at 10:30 pm and left at 1:30 am, he was k!lled 15 minutes later (Police Statement)

Information about the Ghana Police Service’s investigation into the death of soldier Imoro Sheriff, has been made public.

Six people have been detained as a result of the investigations into the young soldier’s death.

According to the police, Imoro Sheriff is stationed at Sunyani but traveled to Ashaiman to visit a female friend around 10:30 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023.

He left the female friend’s house around 1:30 on Saturday morning, and about 15 minutes later, suspects Samuel Tetteh and Abubakar Sadick attacked him at Ashaiman Taifa in an effort to steal his phone and backpack.

Samuel Tetteh used a knife on the soldier’s arm as they struggled, and he then took the phone.

Samuel Tetteh and Abubakar Sadick sold the phone to Ibrahim Abdul Rakib, who also sold it to Safianu Musah.

Safianu Musah, who claims to have sold the phone to Yusuf Mohammed and then to Abdul Gafaru Abdul Karim, is being evasive about its whereabouts.
