Soldier Imoro Sherif was reportedly assassinated on March 3, 2023, in Ashaima-Taifa by unidentified assailants.
It was found that the young soldier, who is just 22 years old, was stabbed in the back by this obstinate group, who have yet to be apprehended while investigations are ongoing.
Meanwhile, Imori was laid to rest on March 8, 2023. He was supposed to be buried there, but owing to the circumstances surrounding his death, it was postponed.
Once he was declared dead, his corpse was sent to one of the 37 military hospitals.
