‘I’m begging you please’ – Lady cries out after being disqualified at immigration recruitment over her height (Video)
A video of a young lady who could not control her emotions and let it all out during the Ghana Immigration Service recruitment procedure in Kumasi has gone viral.
The predicament of the disqualified female candidate was brought to the fore when Joy News journalists were observed at the location interviewing officials and some of the potential applicants.
The lady, who appears to be in good health despite wearing a face mask that covers nearly all of her face, was seen on camera crying excessively after being denied for failing to satisfy the height criteria.
It was seen that the officer in charge of gathering information on the applicants attempted to console the young lady, but she was inconsolable, as she could not believe that her opportunity to alleviate poverty in her family had just evaporated.
