If You Say ‘One’ I Will Say ‘Two’ – Dormaahene Sends Another Bold Message To Otumfour (Video)
Dormaahene, Oseadeyo Agyemang Manu, has recently sparked a massive uproar, debates, and arguments across all social media platforms after his bold message to the Asantehene, Otumfour Osei Tutu, regarding late former President, Atta Mills, finally surfaced online.
There have undoubtedly been many debates and arguments between the Dormaahene and Asantehene over chieftaincy issues and other issues, which have unexpectedly raised many concerns among Ghanaians.
In a recent interview, the Dormaahene, Agyemang Manu, stated that, while the Asantehene, Otumfour Osei Tutu, disagrees with his recent claims about Dormaa’s dominance in chieftaincy issues, the Ashantis are still nowhere near Dormaa’s achievements because the Bono region was initiated countless years before the Ashantis came into existence.
Furthermore, the Dormaahene, Oseadeyo Agyemang, revealed that any Ghanaian President, particularly during the tenure of the late former President, Atta Mills, could provide proof to counter his claims about Otumfuo and Asanteman, would unexpectedly vacate his seat as the chief of Dormaa.
“During the late former President, Atta Mills’ tenure, I wanted any Ghanaian President who was powerful enough to decide to bring together the Chiefs in Ghana and make the Otumfour, Osei Tutu II, and the paramount chiefs our overall leader; if that President could rule the country for more than two weeks, I would immediately vacate my seat as Dormaahene,” Dormaahene, Oseadeyo Agyemang Manu said.
In conclusion, Dormaahene stated unequivocally that, despite their shared ancestors, Ashantis have the right to respect Otumfour and not disrespect the people of Dormaa.
