Charles Nii Armah Mensah, widely known as Shatta Wale in the entertainment industry, has lashed out at his colleague and long-time competitor, Stonebwoy, following recent events surrounding his Free Wave Festival.
According to GhPage.com, the authorities have canceled the controversial reggae dancehall act’s festival, which was scheduled to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Shatta dislikes the latest developments because he believes Stonebwoy is involved and has threatened to “slap” and “break his leg” once they come into contact.
Shatta Wale states he doesn’t understand why Stonebwoy will be allowed to host his program and why it needs to be called off after he approached the authorities first, but other sources suggest otherwise.
During his Instagram live session, he also shouted harsh remarks at Stonebwoy, even calling him an “apakye” and labeling him as such.
