Rapper Medikal has claimed that the only reason he hasn’t given Amerado, a fellow rapper, the attention he so desperately wants is because Amerado is inferior to him.
The Om0 Ada hitmaker claims that he only pays attention to musicians who are light years ahead of him in their careers and would not waste time on clout-chasers.
Speaking on TV3, he purposefully chose to ignore the criticism Amerado had leveled at him in a previous track because he did not deserve his time and attention.
“Amerado and I are not friends.” “I didn’t reply to him because I felt he was not at my level; he has still not reached my level, which is why I haven’t responded to him,” Medikal said.
Medikal continued by saying that because of his level, people like Amerado must work hard to advance in life and would be fortunate to catch his attention at that point.
He continued, explaining why he never bothered to reply to Amerado: any beef that would not benefit him financially would not be worth wasting time and energy to get involved in.
Despite having a musical beef with Strongman, Medikal feels Amerado isn’t quite there yet.
