The lady said she ingested a harmful substance after her man dumped her in a selfie video she posted on the internet highlighting her sad story.
She received a blood transfusion at the hospital while lying almost lifeless in her bed. In the short video, she appeared completely lost and dejected, as if she would never fall in love again.
