Dr. Sonnie Badu, a Ghanaian gospel minister based in the United States, has praised comic actor Ras Nene, better known as Dr. Likee.
The singer and Rock Hill Church’s head Pastor was overjoyed to see the Kumawood sensation and YouTuber, known for his comic sketches, acknowledge and praise him in one of his videos.
In the video, Dr. Likee, who posed as Dr. Badu, is seen performing songs by the Gospel musician, which is one of the ingenious strategies he used to deceive unknowing victims.
Sonnie Badu then published a portion of the video on his Instagram page, praising Dr. Likee for “keeping his name out there” even though he hasn’t paid him to do so because they had never met or been in close contact.
Taking to Instagram to share the footage, he wrote in the caption:
#GhanaJoke ….. I really appreciate @official_ras_nene who is one of the most trending comedians in Ghana at the moment. Listen, from the point of view of a businessman, you are actually keeping my name out there. I have never met you, nor paid you to do this and I just want to say thank you ….. I want to have dinner with you when I come to Ghana..,” Sonnie Badu captioned.
