“I was misunderstood with the comment i made on UTV in regards to music promotion on Tiktok”- Asantewaa

Following her participation in UTV’s “United Showbiz,” Asantewaa has not been spared after the comments she made on the show.

She asserted that TikTokers’ influence helps sell music.

The well-known Ghanaian TiKToker claimed that artists who choose not to use these TikTokers to promote their music will be forced to perform the songs themselves.

She has received harsh criticism as a result of her statement.

Asantewaa responded to the criticism by saying that she did not say anything in an improper manner.

On the show, she claimed, everyone was having a good time and she made that comment in a jovial way and did not intend to be proud or disrespectful.
