“I was among the 6 people out of the 42 who survived our boat sinking when crossing the sea to Europe”- Man narrates
A survivor of the Mediterranean Sea journey from Ghana has written about his ordeal at sea.
A Ghanaian man has told his life tale after surviving the perilous journey of the Mediterranean Sea.
The individual with the Facebook name Pablo Payment shared a video of voyagers on the Mediterranean Sea to the Facebook group Tell It All.
He added the following; “Story of my life…from Libya to Italy…although some of us died when the wave hit us so hardly…We were 42 in the ship and it was only 6 people survive when the Italian navy ship came to rescued us …I thank God for my life …I cried when they send me this video this actually happened in 2006”
Despite several warnings to stop trying to access Europe through the deserts and the Mediterranean Sea, some African migrants choose to risk everything in their quest to escape poverty and hardship in their home countries.
