Jackline Mensah, a talented Ghanaian Tiktok star and actress, has revealed how she had to skip school to participate in a hustle merely to make ends meet because her parents could not provide for her.
Jackline Mensah said in an interview with Abeiku Aggrey Santana on Okay FM’s Ekwasodwodwo segment that she was raised by her grandmother because her parents were unable to care for her.
She mentioned that she has gone through a lot of hardships in order to provide for herself and her grandma. She described having to skip school on occasion to work in small trades to support herself.
Jackline also mentioned that, despite the fact that her parents never took care of her, they loved her. They are extremely proud of her for what she is achieving with her life, and she occasionally gives them money from her earnings to help them out.
