As a result of her appearance, Efia Odo has long been associated with promiscuity.
The actress bemoaned this awful impression that has been imposed on her in an interview on Peace FM.
“People try to pimp me because that is what they think I am,” she explained. They assume I am a prostitute because of how I dress and open I am. They believe I sleep with guys for money, but that was not my upbringing. I have been working since I was sixteen.”
In order to establish her innocence, Efia Odo vowed she would lick the ground if she ever had sex with anybody for money.
“I can lick the ground and say that I have never slept with a man for monetary gain or as a gift. But if I sleep with someone, it is because I am dating them, “she said.
