Ghanaian businessman Nana Kwame Bediako, also known as Cheddar, says he started his real estate career with just one plot of land.
The millionaire, who is known for his charitable work and Pan-Africanist worldview, said this at the Ghana CEO Summit conference, where he talked about his experiences as a CEO.
According to Cheddar, after successfully erecting two homes on a single parcel of land, he had the notion of entering the real estate industry. At that point, his project, the “Kwarleyz Residence,” took precedence in his priority list.
Cheddar once told young people in Ghana that they could become anything they set their minds to if they worked hard and persevered.
Cheddar currently has a number of real estate projects spread across Ghana.
The 40-apartment Kwarleyz Residence in the Airport Residential Area, which is his most expensive residential tower, has long been the topic of conversation.
