Ghanaian socialist and model Rosemond Brown, also known as Akuapem Poloo, continues to speak out about her time in prison.
An interview with Akuapem Poloo earlier with Captain Smart, which airs on OnuaTV, revealed that her 2-week stay at Nsawam Women’s Prison was a horrific experience.
According to her, she was made to strip naked and squat in order for the police to verify that there was no dangerous material or weapon on her.
Well in yet another interview with the actress, she describes the circumstances in which she was forced to lie to her son throughout her stay in jail for him not to be worried.
When she was imprisoned, Akuapem Poloo claimed she had to tell her son she was going to Nigeria for business.
The actress, who was tearing throughout the interview with Sammykaymedia, explained that her son, Chief, is her world and she didn’t want his world to fall apart by the knowledge that his mom has been kept behind bars.
