“I have wasted my money on Diana Asamoah for 22 years”- Manager reveals as he terminates contract with the gospel musician
After twenty years of working together, Diana Asamoah, a well-known gospel singer, is no longer under contract with Frimprince Music Productions.
The gospel singer’s contract with Frimprince Music Productions has ended, the label said in a letter dated August 4, 2022, and posted on its Facebook page today, September 14.
In the release, the record label detailed how the contract would end, and the gospel musician has to follow those rules.
The label asserts ownership of every song created using their productions.
Additionally, the celebrated gospel singer is not permitted to refer to Mr. Anane Frimpong as her executive producer.
After the contract was over, many Ghanaians on social media started to say bad things about FMPrince, especially the part of the contract that said Diana Asamoah couldn’t sing certain songs.
It’s terrible that they must split ways because Frimprince spent 22 years creating a strong brand for Diana Asamoah, he bemoaned in an interview with Ike De Unpredictable on Angel FM.
