“I have relocated my kids from UK to Ghana because of hardship over there”- Chairman wontumi

The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP, Chairman Wontumi, disclosed that he had to return his children to Ghana from the United Kingdom (UK) because of excruciating hardship.

“There is too much hardship in the UK. As I speak to you, I have brought them all to live in Ghana because Ghana now is better than the UK”, Chairman Wontumi said on Movement TV.

He went on to say that even though all of his children are British citizens, he had to make that challenging decision.

He insisted that no region of the planet is immune to hardship, particularly in the wake of the pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine War, which prevented the import of grain products from the west.

In his remarks, Chairman Wontumi urged Ghanaians not to take for granted the peace and comfortable way of life they currently enjoy under President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

“What we are pleading with Ghanaians is that there is hardship everywhere in the world. I gave birth to my children in the UK but as I speak to you, I have brought them all to live in Ghana because Ghana is now better than the UK.” Chairman Wontumi emphasized this in his interview.

“My advice to Ghanaians is that, if we don’t take care a day will come we are going to lose the place we are”, he stressed
