‘I have proven my enemies wrong’ – Mzvee on being successful after leaving Lynx Entertainment
Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, a Ghanaian singer, has noted that she has proven her critics wrong based on a report that she would not succeed in her music career after leaving Lynx Entertainment.
Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, better known as MzVee, a Ghanaian Afro-pop musician, officially parted ways with Lynx Entertainment on September 11, 2019.
Many people, including blogger George Britton, thought MzVee’s comeback was weak after she parted ways with her old record label, Lynx Entertainment, but she strongly disagreed.
According to media personality and artiste manager George Britton, MzVee’s re-entry into the music industry was poor, which is why Ghanaians are not hearing from her more.
The Daavi hitmaker stated in an exclusive interview with Amansan Krakye that her success since leaving Lynx Entertainment has proven her critics and nonbelievers wrong.
“Oh, I’ve absolutely proven my detractors wrong, I mean, people have to learn to be patient.”
“I left Lynx and you want me to do what in a year, so everything is a slow process and I’m a really patient person.”
“I knew this day would come and people would realize how much work I put into my art, so I wasn’t scared at all at first,” she explained on Kastle FM.
“When I heard those harsh remarks, I wasn’t scared since there were a lot of positive ones, so I concentrated on that and kept doing what I had to do,” she said.
