Black Sherif, the reigning Artiste of the year, recently appeared on UTV’s United Showbiz and shared how he deals with negative comments on the internet.
Black Sherif mentioned that he sets a time limit on his phone for social media use. He doesn’t go on Instagram after 9 pm and only uses WhatsApp to call his parents who live in Greece to check up on them.
He believes that social media can affect a person’s mental health and reality, so he limits his use to protect himself.
Black Sherif also mentioned that people who rant on social media are unable to say those things to a person’s face in real life.
He doesn’t pay attention to social media because he believes that people can make money off him by using his engagements to advertise products. He doesn’t want to be a part of that.
Black Sherif revealed that he has a project coming out in June. He calls it a collection of songs but not an album. Fans can expect new music from him soon.
