Grace Mensah, a Ghanaian from Biriwa in the Central Region, has stated that her work has enabled her to build a home in her village.
Grace Mensah claimed that after dropping out of senior high school, she planned to establish a business selling porridge (koko) and buffloaf, but that she later changed her mind since the enterprise wasn’t bringing in enough money.
She told DJ Nyaami on SVTV Africa that she was recommended to sell rice fried in oil and that she has since been able to construct a home from the business.
