“I have been poor before. The only thing I fear is becoming poor again.” — Kuami Eugene
Kuami Eugene, better known by his true name Eugene Kwame Marfo, a popular Ghanaian musician, has spoken up about his life after becoming a household name.
The numerous award-winning musician stressed that since becoming a celebrity, he has been receiving frequent advice from others on how to invest his money in a lucrative business.
He added that he is terrified of going bankrupt because older people regularly remind him that he may go bankrupt fast once the name is no longer in circulation.
According to him, every elderly person he encounters has a notion of what he should do with his money, according to a recent interview with Cape Coast-based Kastle FM.
The celebrity status, he explained, comes with some extra pressure since everyone wants to tell you what to do with your money, which he believes is unjustified.
