The mother of the police officer turned armed robber killed in the Bullion Van robbery has spoken to the media for the first time.
Corporal Stephen Kwaku Nyame’s mother has talked to the media about her son, who is accused of being a member of the Bullion Van robbery group.
Following the family’s refusal to accept the Ghana Police Service’s accusation their son was slain for being a member of a robbery gang, the mother has spoken out in defense.
The mother claims that she will never believe her son was an armed robber.
She commented about how impoverished they are and how it’s crazy to imagine that the son was robbing a bullion van for millions of dollars while yet living in poverty.
Corporal Stephen Kwaku Nyame’s mother believes the police framed and killed her son to cover up for someone else.
