Ukrainian forces were recording and interrogating two Russian soldiers captured in Ukraine.
The video was published on Twitter by Olexander Scherba, a Ukrainian official who served as Ukraine’s Ambassador to Austria from 2014 to 2021.
Ukrainian soldiers can be heard questioning Russian soldiers in the video.
One of the Russian soldiers stated that he did not want to fight in Ukraine, but that he was forced to.
“Mama, papa, I didn’t want to go. They made me,” the soldier said when asked what message he has for his parents.
The other soldier was then asked if he would fight alongside the Ukrainians, and he accepted.
