Bukom Banku, a professional boxer, and comedian, has passionately opposed requests from some quarters to halt bleaching.
Bukom Banku stated on GTV’s Breakfast show that he is not the first person to bleach and that he will not quit bleaching. He stated that bleaching is a talent that runs in his family, thus the two of them are inseparable.
“Bleaching has always been a part of my character because Michael Jackson bleached himself, and Ofori Amponsah bleached himself.” “No one should tell me I should stop bleaching,” he stated.
He went on to say that no one can alter people except themselves. “No one can change someone. If you wish to change, you must first change yourself.”
