King Promise, a highlife and afrobeats musician from Ghana, has undeniably shown gratitude to Sarkodie, the person who first recognized and developed his talent years ago.
In a video shared on Instagram, King Promise praised Sarkodie lavishly for fulfilling his ambitions as he was getting a haircut in preparation for his significant London performance to celebrate Ghana’s 66th anniversary of independence.
‘’He discovered me, this man, today we are in London, you’re headlining, it’s amazing how do you feel, you put me on and today we are here,’’ King Promise said.
Sarkodie responded by claiming he knew King Promise would be a fantastic fit the moment he saw him after King Promise patted him on the shoulder while the barber was cutting his hair.
‘‘Not to brag, I saw this happening, you were never far from this,’’ Sarkodie responded.
King Promise has expressed his gratitude to Sarkodie in an Instagram post before, but when the two collaborated for the London event, he couldn’t help but say it again.
