Many Dreams in Ghana have been dashed owing to poverty and other causes, as is the case with Ghanaian musician Emmanuel Kwesi Danso, better known as Kwesi Arthur.
When asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, the ‘Celebrate’ singer claimed that he had always wanted to be a soldier and informed his teachers whenever they asked.
He has become a chronic hitmaker after gaining fame with his hit song ‘Grind Day Remix’ in 2017, making him one of the most successful and consistent rappers from 2017 to date.
In the same interview, he disclosed that he nearly drowned in the sea last year and that he will never go to the beach alone again.
