Just one week after she posted a lengthy video of him abusing her in Buffalo, New York, a 30-year-old mother-of-three was k!llled by her husband.
Keaira Hudson, 45, married Adam Bennefield in February of this year, and she declared it the happiest day of her life on Facebook. She also referred to Adam as her “lifetime friend partner,” and he stated that he loves her “with every breath he has.”
Unfortunately, the union quickly devolved into an abusive relationship, and Keaira took to Facebook on September 29 to post a video of him abusing her.
According to a friend, Adam had a bad temper long before they married, but he always apologized and promised to change whenever he hit her.
“Keaira’s family did not want her to marry him. They were so scared for her and tried to reach out to Keaira, but she felt like she was fine,” the friend wrote on Facebook.
On September 28, Adam threatened Keaira with a knife, brutally b£atted her, took her phone, and refused to let her leave the house.
He photographed her battered state as she bl£d on the floor after the b£ating.
On September 29, Keaira posted the video with the caption: “This is what this man does to me but I’m always treated like I’m the abuser.”
She ran away from home with her children after that incident.
Adam, on the other hand, refused to let her go and threatened to k!ll her.
Adam was arrested and served with a restraining order.
On Tuesday, October 4th, he was released from jail, and Keaira, who was hiding in her mother’s house, wore a bullet-proof vest at all times because she was afraid Adam would k!ll her.
“Mom he’s going to k!ll me, you don’t understand,” Keaira reportedly told her mother when she asked why she’s always wearing a bullet-proof vest.
On Tuesday, October 4, Adam was arraigned in Cheektowaga Town Court for one count of third-degree assault.
