Controversial Ghanaian socialite Ayisha Modi has found herself embroiled in a money-related dispute with her nemesis, Diamond Appiah.
Modi claims that Appiah, who presents herself as an engineer and a Real Estate developer, manipulated her into purchasing a piece of land.
Modi handed over a sum of money as payment for the land, only to discover years later that she had been deceived by Appiah.
Despite Ayisha Modi’s attempts to recover her money or obtain the land, Appiah has refused to cooperate.
Frustrated, Modi has taken legal action against Appiah, who denies all allegations and dismisses the court proceedings as a waste of time and money.
