Date Rush is a show that usually favors the ladies over the gentlemen. When the men appear on the show to find a date, they are closely scrutinized, particularly in terms of their dancing abilities.
Some men who appeared on date rush in order to find a date were turned down by some ladies solely because of their poor dance skills.
One man devised an ingenious strategy to conceal his weakness and enjoy the backsides of nearly all of the date rush ladies.
The man’s name is Philemon, and he was the episode’s second male contestant. He revealed that he was a pharmacist as well as an MC.
So, when he was invited on stage to look for a date, he declined to dance because he knew his dancing skills would fail him.
Instead, he grabbed a microphone and demonstrated his MC abilities. He then approached each of the ladies and invited them to join him on the dance floor.
The ladies would then dance for him, turning their backsides to him and presenting it to him to enjoy.
Philemon went so far as to lift Queenstar, which elicited a roar from the audience.
Philemon has been one of the few date rush contestants who has kept the show interesting to watch.
