Renowned Kumawood actor Kweku Twumasi has been off from the screens for some years now after he was hit by a stroke.
he was one of the best actors but unfortunately, he suffered a stroke and was bedridden for four good years.
the actor has starred in popular Kumawood movies like Kae Dabi, where he played the role of a rich man who snatched a poor man’s beautiful wife.
speaking on how the stroke started, Twumasi told RTV that he had finished bathing one day and was reaching his phone to pick a call when he felt that his hand was very heavy and could not move it.
according to him, he was told he has a stroke after he was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Twumasi is doing well now but has difficulty walking although he can now talk like every normal person.
the actor disclosed that though during his stroke times was very difficult, he had massive support from his family and wife.
he disclosed that he has stopped acting for now but was still involved in directing and movie production.
