A married businessman allegedly brutalized his side chic, who is also his baby mom, for attending a wedding ceremony in Owerri, Imo state.
According to reports, on December 28th, a guy described as Obiechina Egbuonu attacked the side chic known as Grateful Uche Ofoma for attending a friend’s wedding ceremony without his authorization.
The man, who resides in Aba, Abia State, with his wife and three children, is alleged to have rented the flat to the side chick who has a child for him, and he is also the one who provides after her and the child.
According to the newspaper, “Ofoma resides in Enugu but traveled to her maternal home in Mbaise for Christmas.” She then chose to attend the wedding of a secondary school friend in Owerri. And because she didn’t get his permission before leaving, he drove all the way from Aba to Owerri only to beat her up.“
“No one wants to do anything, not even her mother, who is afraid he won’t help them again.” First, he tricked her into believing he wasn’t married and got her pregnant. Then he rented an apartment for her and began monitoring her every move, never allowing her to go out and socialize with friends.
