Good Nurse Changes the Life of a Mad Man – Needs help finding the man’s Family

A good samaritan Nurse at Shia, in the Ho Municipality around the Togo border, got touched into helping a mad man when she saw him wandering in their community with no one to look after him.

The nurse with the name Joana Afua Sitsofe Asamani, together with the help of other colleagues, took it upon themselves to help the mad man [Anokye] get back to normal.

They managed to clean him up, feeds him and after gradually getting him back to normal, they are on a task to locate his family to return him home since he is not from the community.

According to Joana, Anokye had lost his memory when she first found him and doesn’t remember his family, and also he had walked a very long distance to appear in their community.

But for the help they provided him, Joana indicated that Anokye would have continued his unknown journey even to the next boarder country, Togo. The good nurse however pleaded with Ghanaians to help her locate the family of the said Mentally ill man.
