Popular Kumawood actress Christiana Awuni has opened up on the reason why she doesn’t go to church and on her Christian life.
according to Christiana Awuni in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra Fm, though she is a Christian and has taken Jesus Christ as her Lord and personal savior, going to church is useless to her.
she said;
“I’m a Christian. I’ve taken Jesus Christ as my Lord and personal Saviour. I pray but I don’t go to church. I decided not to go. I have been to a lot of churches,”
in her view, God listens to her when she goes on her knees and prays and as God uses pastors in church the same way God can use her as well, hence she sees going to church as needless.
the actress added;
“To me, there is no need going to church because I know that if I go on my knees and pray, God will listen and he listens. In my view, the pastor is a human being like me. The same way God uses him, he can also use me so why should I waste my time in church,”
