Ghanaian lady, Safina Diamond who was arrested for stabbing her Canadian boyfriend last year granted bail of ¢50,000
The Tema High Court has granted bail to Safina Diamond, the young Ghanaian girl accused for stabbing his Ghanaian lover who had returned from Canada.
Last year, the woman was detained in connection with the death of her lover, who was on vacation in Ghana.
He left his wife and children to see his lover, only to go missing.
The man was subsequently discovered in his vehicle covered in blood, and the police inquiry led to the arrest of his girlfriend, Safina Diamond.
She claimed that her actions were in self-defense.
Last year, Safina Diamond was charged in court and denied bail. Fast-forward, the Tema High Court has finally granted her bail
