“Ghana is too hard” – Wendy Shay claims as she pleads with Ghanaians to wake up
Wendy Shay, a multi-award-winning Ghanaian hiplife performer, has urged the general people to be a little more compassionate towards artists in the country.
Wendy Shay recently stated in a tweet that musicians are emotional individuals who use music to express their stories and reveal their genuine emotions.
A lot of the music released by musicians is filled with the agony and misery that they are experiencing on a daily basis, she further explained.
Wendy went on to say that her most recent song, “heat,” was inspired by the struggles that many people in Ghana are experiencing and how many people are barely surviving.
She encouraged people to be nice and compassionate toward one another in their interactions with others.
