“Ghana artist don’t support each other, they have left sick kunta kinte and waiting to write RIP on his photos”- Frank Naro
Kumawood actor and musician Frank Naro has used his Instagram page to criticize Ghanaian celebrities. Shatta Wale has expressed worry that Nigerians do not support Ghanaian musicians.
Shatta Wale’s dispute on social media over Nigerian musicians not backing Ghanaian artists has sparked a firestorm. His statements sparked outrage on social media, with other Nigerians slamming Shatta Wale.
In the middle of the uproar, Kumawood actor Frank Naro took to Instagram to slam Ghanaian celebrities for moaning about receiving support from Nigerians but failing to support their own.
Frank used the example of musician Kunta Kinte, who has been ill for a long time. He quit the music profession due to health issues.
Frank has chastised celebrities for neglecting to support the artist, yet they will post his photo and tag him with a RIP remark to demonstrate their fake affection for him.
He stated,
“This Ghana And Nigeria Unnecessary Banter Is Not Ending Soon Till We Ghanaians Sit Up, I Am Lost Here Sef, What’s Is Our Beef?
That Nigerians Don’t Support Us? Eeii, But Wait How Often Do We Support Our Self’s? An Industry That Doesn’t Deliberately Give New Artist The Chance Wants To Talk About Support From A Sister Country…”
“Kunta Kente Has Been In This Country For sometime After His Sickness What Did We Do Support Him? I Guess We Are Waiting For His Death To Say All The Nonsense N Gibrish Messages To Him. Aaa Support! Hmm, Let Me Forget About You People Sef… Shout Out To @realflowkingstone For Standing Behind Your Bro. Let’s Support Ourselves If We Want Support From Outside. #FixYourHome“
