Free SHS has come under attack again over the reported shortage of foodstuff in some schools.
The current NPP government’s flagship project, Free SHS, has come under fire once more due to reports of food shortages in some schools.
A video taken in the dining hall of St. Paul’s Senior High School and Minor Seminary at Hatsukorpe in Ketu South shows ten students sharing a single piece of fish.
They served rice and soup in the dining hall, and the ratio was 10 students to 1 piece of fish.
Whenever a bad issue arises from a SHS, the chorus goes something like, ‘Free SHS is destroying our schools, let’s cancel it and make parents pay fees.’
