First-Class Taxi: Video of a Rolls Royce Used as Taxi on Street Surfaces
Social media users reacted to a video of a Rolls Royce Phantom being converted into a taxi on India’s streets.
The Rolls Royce, said to be the most expensive in the world, was gold-painted all around it and would undoubtedly cost more than standard taxis.
It is thought to be one of the whips of a well-known South Indian businessman and philanthropist.
The Rolls-Royce Phantom is a luxury car that no one can afford and is usually flaunted by the few who own it, but for a man-made object, it appears to be of lesser value.
What many would consider a high-priced asset reserved for VIP events or special outings was converted into a taxi and spotted on India’s streets.

A netizen claimed the car belongs to a wealthy man called Boby Chemmanur.
In @_tharun_2004_ words:
“It’s a car form Kerela and is owned by a rich businessman named Boby Chemmanur and it’s a taxi for the people who visit his resort.”
