Beans and gari, often known as ‘Gob3’ in Ghana, appear to be the most popular foods among Ghanaian students.
This regional delicacy appears to be a favorite among students at Senior High Schools, Teacher Training Colleges, and Nursing Training Colleges, among other institutions.
The lovely Ghanaian nurses presented their favorite dish on campus, causing quite a stir online. If you look closely, you may see trainee nurses in uniform being served ‘Gob3’ in their dining area.
The lady in the video was spotted on camera displaying her favorite ‘Gob3’ wrapped in polythene.
According to them, beans and gari are the nurses’ favorite foods on campus. “Gob3 is the greatest cuisine you can get on campus,” they remarked.
They did not explain why ‘gob3’ is their cuisine, although several social media users said that ‘gob3’ tastes delicious.
Others have stated that beans and gari are a form of diet that truly satisfies pupils while also keeping the body active for an extended period of time.
