A 50-year-old man was apprehended with a small child in a rice sack.

The man wrapped rice over the tiny kid, who was estimated to be three years old.

He said the little kid was his son and that his intention was to sell him when he was detained.

The father claims that he has eight children and that, due to his financial position, he needed to sell one of them to help support the others.

The individual is currently in police detention, according to the Nigerian site “Every Nigeria”.

Unfortunately, the boy did not disclose any information about the man’s arrest location.
