Fantana Speaks about her music career; say she was bullied by Ghanaian so she proved a point
Francine Koffie, also known as Fantana, is a Ghanaian singer who recently revealed the reason why she started her musical journey. She has said that she entered the music scene because she genuinely loves music.
However, she faced a lot of criticism and pressure from people who didn’t believe in her so she felt like she had to prove herself to them. She was signed to Rufftown Records, but she left the label after a feud with her label mate, Wendy Shay, and boss, Bullet in May 2020.
Fantana’s mother invested a lot of money in her brand. She funded everything when she was with the record label. All the videos and songs belong to Fantana, but she doesn’t really look at that.
As a rising star in the Ghanaian music industry, Fantana faced both praise and criticism throughout her career. Some non-fans described her as a terrible singer. She also faced criticism for her body enhancements and issues with her colleague singer, Wendy Shay.
Despite the challenges, Fantana remains committed to her love for music. She recently released a new single called ‘Your Man’ on May 5. She also has plans to release her very first EP on Thursday, July 13.
