Fantana, also known as Francine Kouffie, has established her first restaurant in Ghana’s capital.
Many people on social media have been discussing the restaurant’s launch, with many of them speculating that the musician, who is currently on hiatus, opted to start this business because she could not handle the responsibilities of being a musician.
In any case, Fantana opened up about her motivations for starting the restaurant in a conversation with Zionfelix on the day it opened for business across from Cocovanilla in East Legon.
Fantana claims that the establishment, which bears her grandmother’s name, “Manza,” was required because she recognized the potential of the food industry and the dearth of Ivorians in the city’s population as well as the necessity for a restaurant that would cater to their needs.
Fantana also revealed her ambitions to build new branches shortly in order to spread the company to new regions.
