The rumor that Hon. Lydia Seyram Alhassan has died is unfounded.
The rumor is completely false, as the Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon is alive and well.
She was compelled to post on her official Facebook account to let concerned sympathizers know she was fine after the fake rumor.
In the December 7, 2020 election, Hon. Lydia Seyram Alhassan defeated celebrated actor John Dumelo in a close race for the Ayawaso West Wuogon parliamentary seat.
