Fafa Kayi is the daughter of two celebrities in Ghana, Mr. Kwame Sefa Kayi, who is a seasoned radio presenter, and Irene Opare, another well-known actress in Ghana.
Kwame and Irene fell in love in 1995, but their relationship ended three years later, with Fafa been the results of the love affair.
In an interview, Fafa Kayi has disclosed how hard it is to be the daughter of celebrities.
According to her, everywhere she goes, she has to be extra careful because she does not know who might be watching her.
She said it is hard for her especially in this time when everything a celebrity does is picked up by bloggers and published.
“It hasn’t been easy at all because you have to be careful about everything you do. When you’re in town, you have to be careful with what you’re doing. You have to be cautious of where you are because you don’t know who is looking at you. And nowadays the bloggers, any small thing, you’re up; so you have to be alert. You need to know what you’re doing at a time. So, it’s a bit hard but for now, I will say that I’m used to it because I was born into it. It’s normal life for me now…’’
