Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie popularly known as Sir John the former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party and the boss of Forestry Commission of Ghana died on 1st July 2020.

Mr. Joshua Kyeremeh was the National Security Coordinator of Ghana and a member of the NPP 2021 transition team. He died after contracting the Covid-19 virus.
Mr. Joshua Kyeremeh died on Monday, January 18, 2021, at the Ga East Municipal hospital in Accra while receiving treatment after contracting the virus.

Mr. Leonard Gikunoo was the Head of Corporate Finance at Fidelity Bank also lost his life to Coronavirus. He reportedly died on 17th January 2020.

He was was a Public Relations expert and lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He was also a past executive of the Institute of Public Relations (IPR) and a former Managing Director of the New Times Corporation.
